Role Overview:

Razorpay is seeking an experienced Associate Business Operations professional with a strong background in merchant onboarding within the fintech industry. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and possess excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and effective communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end merchant onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all new merchants.
Identify and resolve issues related to merchant onboarding, employing strong problem-solving skills to address challenges quickly and effectively.
Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate and improve onboarding processes, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage and analyze large data sets using Excel, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve business operations.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for merchants.
Communicate effectively with merchants and internal stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on onboarding status and any issues that arise.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to merchant onboarding, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

3 Years – 5 Years of work experience in Operations or Related role.
Strong command on MS Excel and power point.
Exposure to the financial industry is an added advantage.
Good verbal & Written communication skills.
