In this role
You will serve as a Program Manager supporting a highly technical hardware and systems organization. This position plays a key role in driving executive reporting, coordinating cross-functional subject matter experts (SMEs), and establishing a consistent rhythm of business (ROB) to support leadership decision-making. You will be responsible for synthesizing complex information into clear deliverables, facilitating meetings, and ensuring alignment across supply chain, sourcing, finance, and engineering teams. This is a dynamic role where projects shift according to business priorities, providing exposure to leading-edge silicon, systems, and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Rhythm of Business (ROB) Coordination

Coordinate SMEs to deliver standard reports and special topics for weekly, monthly, and executive steering committee meetings.

Align meeting content, priorities, topics, and scheduling.

Ensure deliverables are professional, consolidated, and supported by accessible source data.

Schedule ROB meetings, pre-alignment sessions, and dry runs.

Publish pre-reads, meeting notes, and action summaries.

Drive ownership of action items, agenda, and schedules.
Executive Reporting (MSR/Steerco)

Coordinate SME contributions for twice-monthly executive reports and steering committees.

Align content, topics, and messaging to leadership direction.

Support reporting by collecting and consolidating input from SMEs.

Maintain OKRs in alignment with reporting expectations.
OSAT Recovery & Dashboard Development

Coordinate deliverables for OSAT Recovery reporting.

Design dashboards to consolidate data, with the goal of automating reporting and incorporating AI-driven analysis and recommendations.

Expand automation processes into additional reporting areas if successful.
Test Hardware Purchase Orders (POs)

Onboard into PO tracking tools and established procurement processes.

Release and track POs while adhering to budget guidelines.

Drive cross-functional alignment on requirements, documentation, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Maintain PO reporting and delivery alignment with SMEs.
Other Project Work

Provide general project coordination (scope definition, stakeholder alignment, scheduling, prioritization).

Support projects such as sub-component buffer strategies and implementation roadmaps.

Develop implementation schedules, process maps, and project documentation.

Track progress and issues with SMEs on a weekly basis.
Qualifications

8–10 years of overall professional experience in program or project management.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum 5+ years of experience with PowerPoint and Office tools, with proven expertise in creating executive-level presentations.

Minimum 1+ years of experience in project management, including cross-functional team collaboration.

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, executive-ready reporting.

Proven track record of meeting deadlines and producing high-quality deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in hardware, semiconductor, or supply chain environments.

Familiarity with reporting dashboards, automation, or applying AI to streamline reporting.

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Strong executive presence and ability to confidently present information to senior leadership.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $97,000 - $103,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
