Management Analyst
Copper River Technologies is seeking a Management Analyst for process analysis, mapping and process improvement support for our customer. This individual will be responsible for working with various stakeholders and develop process maps supporting the Customer’s operational and non-operational functions along with helping to identify process efficiency recommendations.
This position will be on-site in Arlington VA. This individual will be supporting operational efficiency efforts across the division through documentation and analysis of existing and new processes, developing improvement recommendations, data analysis, metric development and monitoring as well as workflow automation support.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Document internal business operations and educate customers, using process documentation and workflow mapping using MS Visio
- Standardize the process maps format and assist the Government with updates as needed
- Develop and maintain a library of baseline processes/standard operating procedures that define operations
- Organize all processes to be inputted, catalogued, and assessed. This knowledge base contributes to organizational standardization
- Ensure that business process metrics (such as cycle time, defect rate, etc.) are defined for all processes and document all processes and input them into the repository
- Work with the baseline of standard operating procedures, workflows, and service level of agreements to improve efficiencies in operations, workforce capabilities, and support technologies
- Conduct detailed research and analysis, and complete product development and compilations (reports, summaries, and policy memorandums) related to manpower studies, reviews, and restructurings
- Provide research and analytic support for identification and characterization of alternative organizational and management arrangements applicable to entities
- Deliver an executive summary, briefing, or case study which summarizes any recommendations for organizational and management solutions, upon the conclusion of all studies, research, or analysis projects
- Support organizational maturity by helping to assess documentation needs and prioritize/ schedule the data collection/process mapping
- Assist facilitation sessions and data calls with subject matter experts to gain input and ideas for proposing improvements to the leadership
- Create minutes for all meetings, and those meeting minutes shall be shared for verification and validation with the attendees. Once updated from attendee input, the minutes shall contribute to the creation, update, or elimination of final documents, not limited to standard procedures, policy, workflows, or process strategy.
Requirements:

- Secret
- Education:
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in business/management/data analysis or related field
- Required Knowledge/Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience
- Logical and systematic approach to solving analytical tasks
- Communication and presentation skills (verbal & non-verbal)
- Ability to work independently
- Active approach to solving assigned tasks
- Ability to work in a team and to work under tight deadlines
- Presentation and briefing skills to top level managers required
- Lean Six Sigma or Total Quality Management
- Preferred Knowledge/Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft Visio or other process mapping software
- Experience with analysis organizational development
- Understanding of the Malcom Baldrige Criteria
