We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead a strategic shift from agency-driven efforts to a more hands-on, internal marketing approach. You’ll guide brand strategy, develop content and campaigns, and coordinate closely with attorneys and staff to align marketing goals with client needs and firm growth.
What you’ll do:
- Marketing Strategy, Budget & Analytics: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the firm’s growth goals. This includes analyzing market trends, assessing competitors, refining brand positioning, and managing the overall marketing budget to ensure strategic and cost-effective resource allocation. Track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor lead sources, and report on campaign results to continuously optimize performance and return on investment.
- Agency & Creative Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison with the external ad agency, overseeing agendas, deliverables, and creative direction to ensure alignment with firm objectives. Provide feedback and guide the development of ads, visuals, and promotional content to maintain brand integrity and legal relevance.
- Digital Marketing, Website & SEO Management: Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and web analytics. Manage and monitor the firm’s website performance and content, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and maximizing online visibility.
- Social Media, Content & Brand Development: Create and maintain a strategic content calendar across all platforms, developing engaging, brand-aligned posts to drive community engagement and awareness. Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across digital, print, and web. Write or edit firm-facing content such as attorney bios, case studies, testimonials, and educational articles to build authority and client trust.
- Community Outreach & Public Relations: Plan, promote, and attend local events and community partnerships that reinforce Team Green Law’s public presence. Manage PR initiatives, sponsorships, and content marketing that highlights the firm’s values and impact in the local community.
- Reputation & Referral Management: Enhance the firm’s visibility and reputation by cultivating referral relationships, gathering client testimonials, and overseeing online review platforms such as Google Business.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: 3–5 years in marketing (legal or professional services preferred), including SEO/SEM/PPC, digital strategy, content creation, and analytics.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with marketing platforms, analytics tools, CMS (WordPress experience beneficial).
- Strategic & Detail-Oriented: Capable of developing big-picture marketing plans and managing granular content calendars.
- Collaborative Leadership: Adept at partnering both with external vendors and internal team members in a proactive, solution-focused way.
- Content & Communication: Strong writing and editorial ability; skilled at crafting brand-aligned narratives (case studies, testimonials, attorney bios).
- Community Engagement: Enthusiasm for event coordination, partnerships, and public-facing initiatives that deepen firm presence.
- Attention to Detail: Maintains a high level of accuracy in every aspect of marketing, including branding consistency, content proofreading, data tracking, and performance reporting.
