What we are looking

Responsibilities

  • Technical: Understanding of API and Middleware solutions; ability to read and understand technical documentation; able to understand Otter's product and internal tools to help external as well as internal teams; able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical people.
  • Technical Project Management: Able to manage multiple technical projects with varying scopes, development team capabilities, and timelines. The nature of these projects will require a low-level understanding of the deliverables and an ability to either directly support their implementation or inform the standards of a team that performs that support day-to-day.
  • Process & Scale Builder: Knows how to grow small scale operations into efficient global functions.
  • Organization & Time Management Skills: Able to seamlessly manage multiple accounts at one time while adhering to strict SLAs.
  • Customer Obsession & Relationship Management: Keeps the customer central to everything we do, always exploring ways to improve our technology to remain best in class.
  • Work with global / regional / country internal teams across technology and business functions to manage key technical relationships with external POS, delivery marketplace, and online-ordering partners.
  • Assist BD to sell-in and onboard partners to our existing and evolving products and solutions.
  • Own the plan and delivery of external integrations by project managing resourcing, timelines, and dependencies with key stakeholders' input.
  • Work closely with partners to successfully launch new external integrations with new accounts and grow existing accounts.
  • Own the standardization of scaled onboarding, technical deployment, and support strategy for managed external integrations.
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery and maintenance of external integrations and work cross-functionally to keep integrations moving forward.
  • Be the technical point-of-contact for a rapidly growing group of partners and businesses for developing integrations with Otter’s platform and assist in the launch of new Otter POS products and features.

This role is based in our Sao Paulo office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. That’s why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week.
