Regional Finance Leader - Eurasia

Who we are 

We're building Infrastructure for Better Food to help restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery. We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they’re first-time entrepreneurs or established quick-service restaurant chains.

 

What you’ll do

Oversee all financial operations for our Eurasia market, from financial planning and analysis to budgeting, compliance, reporting, and strategic business partnering with the Regional Leadership Teams. 

• Partner with regional business units to drive profitability and performance.
• Manage and develop regional finance teams.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the region.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee compliance, audits, and risk management.
• Optimise regional cash flow, working capital, and cost control.
• Drive the implementation of global finance initiatives at the regional level.

 

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or STEM.
• 10-15 years leading and scaling high-performing Finance teams, ideally across international markets.
• Significant experience in building financial models, e.g., detailed company operating models, forecast models, leverage and debt models, M&A/investment returns models, pricing models, spreadsheets that ingest large range datasets to drive key insights and takeaways.
