Oracle Environment Manager

At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. i360 is seeking an Oracle Environment Manager to coordinate Oracle Fusion Cloud environments supporting the Treasury OneFM implementation. The Environment Manager will manage environment availability, release schedules, refreshes, configuration migrations, deployment coordination, integration dependencies, testing environments, and production-readiness activities. The role specifically requires secure connections between Client  and the SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation environments across DEV, TEST, SIT, UAT, Training, Production, and related environments.
  • Maintain an integrated environment and release calendar.
  • Coordinate environment refreshes and production-to-test refresh activities.
  • Coordinate Oracle quarterly updates and evaluate impacts to project activities.
  • Manage configuration migration and deployment schedules.
  • Coordinate environment requirements across functional, technical, integration, reporting, security, conversion, and testing teams.
  • Track environment availability, outages, dependencies, and conflicts.
  • Coordinate OIC, PaaS, reporting, security, and external-system environment dependencies.
  • Support release and cutover planning.
  • Manage deployment checklists and production-readiness activities.
  • Coordinate Oracle SRs and environment-related issues where required.
  • Maintain environment documentation and status reporting.
  • Qualifications

Nice to Have

  • 7+ years supporting enterprise Oracle implementations.
  • Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience.
  • Experience managing multiple Oracle Cloud environments.
  • Experience with environment refreshes, release management, deployment management, and quarterly updates.
  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP, OIC, OCI/PaaS and integration dependencies.
  • Experience supporting SIT, UAT, performance testing and production cutovers.
  • Search profiles: Oracle Fusion Environment Manager, Oracle Cloud Release Manager, Oracle ERP Deployment Manager, Oracle Fusion Release/Environment Lead.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust eligibility (background investigation required)
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with at least 3 of the last 5 years of U.S. residency. Sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Salary: $140k-165k (commensurate with experience)
