Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant

i360technologies is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant to support a large-scale federal financial management modernization initiative.
The consultant will support the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud procurement and payables capabilities within a complex federal financial

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P functionality.
  • Support Procurement, Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Management, Payables, Payments, and related functionality.
  • Conduct requirements and fit-gap workshops with financial and procurement stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud configurations and functional designs.
  • Configure approval rules, purchasing controls, supplier processes, invoice processing, matching, and payment-related functionality.
  • Support integration of P2P processes with GL, Fixed Assets, Projects, Budgetary Control, and external systems.
  • Develop functional specifications for integrations, conversions, reports, and extensions.
  • Support data conversion and validation activities.
  • Develop and execute SIT/UAT scenarios and resolve functional defects.
  • Support deployment, cutover, training, and post-production stabilization.
  • Document configurations, business processes, SOPs, and controls.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Oracle ERP Financials/Procurement experience.
  • Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and/or Payables experience.
  • Experience with end-to-end P2P processes.
  • Knowledge of Oracle approval workflows/BPM.
  • Experience with FBDI, OTBI/BIP, interfaces, and conversions from a functional perspective.
  • Strong testing and troubleshooting experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Federal financial management experience; FIBF, USSGL, Treasury, shared services, or federal ERP modernization experience.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust eligibility (background investigation required)
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with at least 3 of the last 5 years of U.S. residency. Sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Salary: $140k-165k (commensurate with experience)
