The Enterprise Applications Engineer is a full-time position with New Era Technology.  This role comes with following:

The Enterprise Applications Engineer - ConnectWise will assist with the deployment, end user support, implementation, data migration, and training for internal ConnectWise  software suite for employees across all New Era locations domestically in the US and internationally.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Provide application support to all internal users of ConnectWise, related integrations, and supporting applications, ensuring that requests are responded to and resolved within SLAs
  • Assist with the roll out of the ConnectWise applications to new locations including requirements gathering, setup of the software, data cleansing, data imports, building of custom reports and end user training
  • Assist with the application maintenance schedule and upgrades
  • Maintain process and application usage documentation
  • Maintain knowledge of the internal software suites as they evolve
  • Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders
  • There may be the need for working hours that overlap with both AUS and US working day during some implementation phases

  • ITIL Foundation Certification or similar industry qualification is desirable

EXPERIENCE:       

  • Experience using the ConnectWise product suite, most specifically ConnectWise Manage and Sell
  • Experience with ConnectWise Manage system administration
  • Experience with ConnectWise system setup, and feature implementation, including third party integrations with ConnectWise
  • Exposure to a deeper technical knowledge of ConnectWise Manage and underlying schema
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus
  • Experience with system / data conversions and migrations is desirable
  • Experience with SQL Server T-SQL, stored procedures, and/or .Net desirable
  • Experience working in a Service Desk / End user application support team environment
  • Ability to design and building custom reports against a SQL DB using Microsoft Power BI, SSRS or similar
  • Experience with Windows client server application support and maintenance
  • Ability to develop training materials and conduct end user training and testing
  • Experience with building logical workflows

REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, required work hours may vary depending on business needs. Overtime is possible

TRAVEL: Up to 20% travel may be required to US office locations (NJ, NY, MA, PA, IN, FL). or to some of the international offices (United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand)

Below is the pay range of this position for considered candidates based on qualifications and experience.

Pay Range

$70,000 - $85,000 USD
