Projekt / Account Manager(in) (m/w/d)

Unser Agenturteam gehört zu der Kreativ-Agenturgruppe OIiver Agency https://www.oliver.agency aus UK mit einem einzigartigen Konzept: die Gründung und Integration von inhouse-Agenturen bei Konzernen weltweit. Zu den Kunden von Oliver gehören u.a. adidas, Starbucks, Vodafone oder auch BMW 

Unser Team am Standort Hamburg, bei dem Kunden Unilever, ist nun auf der Suche nach Zuwachs. Wir sind ein kleines und agiles Team, dass sich dadurch auszeichnet, unterschiedliche Aufgabenstellungen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Kunden besonders schnell und flexibel zu bearbeiten. 


Was ist deine Aufgabe?


- Du behältst den Überblick über alle Projekte und Deadlines in Zusammenarbeit mit den Teamleads.
- Ansprechpartner für die Ressourcenverteilung zusammen mit dem creative team lead
- In Abstimmung mit dem Senior Project / Account Management, Annahme von Kundenbriefings und Steuerung der Umsetzung von der Entwicklung bis zur Fertigstellung mit externen Dienstleistern
- Verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Ablauf des Projekts einschließlich Budgetverwaltung
- Sicherer und täglicher Umgang mit den internen Verwaltungstools


Was erwarten wir von dir?


- Erfahrung als Projekt-/Accountmanager*in (2 Jahre +) in einer Kreativ- oder Produktionsagentur
- Leidenschaft für strukturiertes Arbeiten und das Etablieren von Prozessen
- Erfahrung in der Kapazitätsplanung, Budgetkoordination und Erstellung und Verfolgung von Timings
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Digital- und Printprojekten
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen und voranzutreiben
- Freude am persönlichen Kontakt mit Kunden
- Wunsch nach kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
- Teamfähigkeit und Affinität zum internationalen arbeiten
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich
