【職務内容 / Job Responsibility】

PlayStation のハードウェア商品における新規商品創出/ビジネス開拓を行うチームをリードするマネージャー業務を担当します。具体的には、以下の業務をご担当いただきます。

  • 新規プロダクト探索：
    • PlayStation でのゲーム体験をより楽しく、エキサイティングなものにする
  • 新しいハードウェア商品の企画立案：
    • 立案した企画の体験価値、ビジネス目的の具体化
  • プロトタイピング：
    • 立案した企画のコンセプトや技術的実現性を立証するためのクイックプロトタイピングの計画立案と実行
  • プロタイピングを実際に行う社内外のパートナーとの連携
  • チームマネジメント：
    • メンバーの業務設計・進捗管理・成果物レビュー・育成

  • 当部署では、PlayStation のハードウェア、ソフトウェア、サービスに関するプロダクトマネジメントを担っています。世界中のゲームプレイヤーにより良い体験を提供するだけでなく、ゲームクリエーターが開発しやすい機能や基盤を提供し、ゲーム制作を支援する役割も果たしています。
  • 製品の企画立案や要求仕様の策定から、市場投入・ユーザーへの提供に至るまで、エンドツーエンドで責任を持つチームです。アメリカ、イギリスをはじめとする海外拠点と日常的に連携する、非常にグローバルな職場環境です。
  • 社内で開発されている多様な商品に触れる機会があり、関わるステークホルダーも多岐にわたります。担当プロジェクトにとどまらず、幅広い経験やネットワークを構築でき、キャリアの可能性を広げることができます。また、海外メンバーとの協働を通じて、グローバルなプロダクトマネジメントのトレンドやノウハウを習得できる環境です。

【応募資格（必須要件）/ Must Requirements】

▼経験 / スキル

  • コンシューマー向けエレクトロニクスハードウェア製品の商品企画またはハードウェア設計業務の経験
  • 小規模チーム（10 人以下）のリーダーまたはマネジメント業務の経験
  • 複数のステークホルダーを巻き込み、プロジェクトを推進した経験
  • 論理的思考力および高いコミュニケーション能力

▼語学力

  • 日本語：ネイティブレベル（高度な文書作成・社内外調整が可能なレベル）
  • 英語：ビジネスレベル（資料読解、海外メンバーとのメール、会議でのプレゼンテーションが可能なレベル）
    ※業務上、海外とのやり取りが発生します

【歓迎スキル・経験 / Nice to Have】

  • ゲーム機またはゲーム関連周辺機器の商品企画業務の経験
