We're a fast-paced, mission-driven beauty company, leading the charge in reshaping the industry with a unique blend of innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability. We’re experiencing hyper-growth and need a dynamic, hands-on Talent Acquisition leader to help scale our business and cultivate a future-ready workforce.

Our values are at the heart of everything we do. We believe in empowering people, promoting diversity, and challenging the status quo. As we rapidly expand, we’re looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition professional who shares our vision and passion for building diverse, high-performing teams.

This is a Director level and is a net new role designed for a strategic, hands-on leader who will own and drive the talent acquisition strategy across the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. In this hyper-growth environment, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we’re attracting, hiring, and retaining the best talent aligned with our company values and mission.

As the Lead Talent Acquisition partner, you’ll be responsible for everything from sourcing and talent branding to process optimization and data-driven decision-making. This is a global role based in New York City with a required 3 days in person in the office.

 Responsibilities:

  • Talent Strategy & Leadership: Lead the talent acquisition function end-to-end, crafting and executing a dynamic, scalable recruitment strategy to support rapid growth. Develop a clear vision for attracting top-tier talent that reflects our values and mission.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from building talent pipelines to screening, interviewing, and closing top candidates. Lead recruitment for critical and senior roles and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure we meet evolving business needs.
  • Branding & Culture Fit: Enhance and promote our employer brand, ensuring that the story of our company’s mission and values resonates in every interaction. Shape the narrative around why our company is an employer of choice, both within the beauty industry and beyond.
  • Metrics-Driven Approach: Leverage data to make informed decisions, measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and continuously improve hiring processes. You’ll analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize candidate sourcing, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs, provide talent insights, and ensure alignment with business goals. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to drive both strategic and tactical hiring decisions.
  • Hands-On Recruiting: you’ll roll up your sleeves and actively engage in the recruitment process, ensuring high-impact hires across all levels of the organization.

 Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: 10+ years in Talent Acquisition leading the function. Experience working within hyper-growth, dynamic environments, ideally within the beauty, CPG, and/or lifestyle industries.
  • Strategic Mindset: You are an expert in building and executing talent acquisition strategies that align with company growth and values. You think big picture but know how to execute with precision.
  • Hands-On Leadership: You lead by example and are comfortable being hands-on in all aspects of the recruiting process—from building pipelines to making final hiring decisions. You balance strategic vision with operational excellence.
  • Cultural Architect: You are passionate about building inclusive organizations and have a strong understanding of how to integrate company values into every touchpoint of the hiring journey.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: You leverage metrics and data to drive improvements in recruitment processes. You have a sharp eye for identifying trends and areas of improvement.
  • Collaborative & Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can navigate the challenges that come with scaling a company in hyper-growth mode. You're a natural relationship builder who can work across all levels of an organization.

 Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Mission-Driven Work: You’ll be a key player in shaping a company that’s committed to sustainability, inclusivity, and empowering people through beauty.
  • High-Impact Role: In a company that’s scaling fast, you’ll have a direct impact on the future success of the business by building diverse, high-performing teams that help drive our mission forward.
  • Dynamic Environment: Work in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment where no two days are the same.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
