Purpose of Position

The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and be accountable for the overall project success by driving the overall project end-to-end cycle, from approach to implementation.

Job Description

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for project launch, ensuring all steps are clearly documented for consistency and efficiency.
Conduct system testing to ensure functionality and quality before project launch.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) with product owners and facilitate the transition to launch.
Provide administrative support for project execution, such as scheduling meetings, tracking status updates.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving project-related issues to ensure timely delivery.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as required to support business needs.

Requirement

University degree or above in Business Management, Information Management, or related field.
1 year of experience in project coordination or a related role (fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome).
Strong team player who can collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Good command of spoken and written skills in English & Cantonese.
