Purpose of Position
- CASETiFY is currently recruiting a dynamic Marketing Operations Associate to join our Global Brand Marketing Team. This role is crucial for managing daily marketing operations and supporting project-based operations.
- The position reports directly to the Senior Integrated Marketing Manager and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth cross-departmental coordinations, information consolidations and critical project deadlines management.
Job Description
- Operational Enhancement: Define and implement initiatives to refine operational processes. This includes well-understanding & refining the existing standard of procedures and workflow for both Brand & Product projects, as well as Colab projects, formulating problem-solving recommendations for process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholders Collaborations: Establish strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders across international teams to collect their inputs, ensuring our priorities are well-integrated and aligned.
- Documentation Management: Demonstrate strong organizational & time-management skills by maintaining a decent bookkeeping on important documents such as global calendars, timeline trackers, campaign ID generations, creative logs input, etc. Ensure all filing and documentations are up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties to facilitate information exchange.
- Billing Handling: Play a vital role in financial billing handling, from contract templates preparations, vendor on-boarding and invoices processing on a timely basis to meet the monthly cut-off time.
- Meeting Coordinations: Supporting the coordinations of necessary meetings, sharing of meeting agenda & meeting minutes for action plan follow-ups.
- Data Analysis: Assist on data analysis and documents’ consolidation, to gather relevant info. & useful insights to the senior leadership team.
Requirement
- 2+ years of related experiences in business administrative/ marketing operational/ project management roles, preferably industries incl. MNC corporations, creative agencies, press and media.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with strong analytics skill and a proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet.
- Strong multiple-tasking ability with attention to details, able to work in a fast-paced environment with proactive problem-solving spirit.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with decent written, verbal, and visual communication skills on both technical and non-technical matters.
- A team player with a sense of ownership, curious, a lifelong learner, and adept at reading people and adapting style and response accordingly.
