POSITION SUMMARY
- We are looking for a ME/APAC KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER to ensure business continuity during a maternity leave.
- The KAM will be responsible for leading day to day account management, driving and analyzing retailer performance, and supporting joint business plans alignment and execution
- The KAM will report to our Regional Director ME/APAC
- This position is a temporary contract (6 months)
- The position is based in Paris.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Regional Director and retailers to execute Joint Business Plans, aligning key priorities, setting KPIs and regularly monitoring performance and course corrects where necessary
- Supervise monthly customer orders and work with operation teams to guarantee service level
- Track sell-in/sell-out at retailer/market/product level, analyze campaigns & new launches performance to identify areas of action
- Prepare, lead, and document monthly business meetings with clients to review performance, follow up on execution and explore potential opportunities
- Monitor stock levels and SISO with retailers
- Secure 360 Marketing plans to launch Innovation/brand campaigns across all elements of mix (Retail Animation, Trade Marketing, Online visibility, Social, Influencers…)
- Work with Planning Manager on core and newness forecasts
- Ensure flawless execution of brand vision in e-commerce across all touchpoints of web, app, social.
- Work hand in hand with International VM team to implement merchandising updates and elevate shopping experience in-store
- Support day to day market and business requirements (strategic presentations, regulatory affairs, customer service, budget tracking…)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Business School or University Master Graduate, with a major in Business, Management
- Solid experience in sales & negotiation, joint business plan negotiation with retailers, preferably in retail/cosmetics/luxury goods.
- Knowledge and affinity with retail, trade marketing and international business. Interest in the beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, rigor, follow through, adaptability, proactivity, entrepreneurship spirit, “can do” attitude, ability to multitask and interact with cross-functional teams and with retailers are essentials for the job.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Capacity to work in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory. French is highly valued to facilitate team bonding.
