Opportunity: 

The Key Accounts channel represents over 30% of AB InBev’s global annual revenue and serves as a crucial growth engine for the company. The Global team partners with leading retailers such as Walmart, Kroger, Tesco, Amazon, and more, ensuring that our products maintain a competitive edge in the modern off-trade channel. The team also creates industry-leading strategies and products to further fuel growth. As the Global Manager, Performance & Strategy, you will play a key role in driving the performance and strategy of this high-impact channel by collaborating with stakeholders both globally and within individual country teams. 

Role Summary: 

In this role, you will directly support the Global VP of Key Accounts to ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly while helping shape the strategy for the Key Accounts channel. You will also work closely with the Global Head of Sales and other senior leaders to develop and implement ABI’s strategy. A critical aspect of this position involves managing complex data reporting, cultivating leadership relationships across 15+ countries, and developing executive presentations. Additionally, you will own the development of both long-term and short-term strategic plans, including setting team priorities and financial targets. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Partnership & Team Optimization: Work closely with the Global VP of Key Accounts to optimize internal processes and enhance team engagement, ensuring the Global Key Accounts team operates efficiently and effectively. 
  • Annual Business Planning: Support the business planning process by aligning with senior leaders, setting targets, cascading them across the team, and tracking budgets. 
  • Fiscal Budget Management: Collaborate with Finance to build, track, and update the annual budget, ensuring proper management of budget spending for strategic initiatives. 
  • Performance Analysis: Lead and facilitate monthly performance reviews and other recurring review cycles with senior leaders across the globe, including PMOs and Townhalls. 
  • Internal Event Planning: Plan and execute large-scale internal events designed to promote Global strategy and best practices, ensuring alignment across leading markets. 
  • Data System Management: Build and manage data systems used for Key Account performance reporting, connecting various internal and external data sources to ensure accurate and timely reporting. 

Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. 
  • Experience: Relevant experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or management consulting, with a demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage performance reporting. 
  • Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical skills for building data models and presenting insights. 
  • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of performance levers that impact financial statements and the ability to apply this knowledge to business strategy and decision-making. 
  • Communication & Organizational Skills: Exceptional communication, follow-up, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Data Visualization: Familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization software to create impactful reports and dashboards.
