What you'll do:

Essential role in operational and analytical support to the partner, working closely with Customer Success to ensure a positive partner experience:

  • Perform setup and maintenance of the partner’s store (Digital Comms, Promotions, Catalog, Club B, Tasks, etc.) according to the defined strategy
  • Analyze performance results of the partner’s store
  • Propose strategies and actions based on analyzed data, aiming to boost the partner's results.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the solution for the partner
