About the position: 

We are looking for a highly strategic and analytical Director of Product to lead our Data Products, AI, and Platform area. This professional will be responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for data-driven products, ensuring the generation of actionable business insights, and structuring platforms that support artificial intelligence and advanced data analysis. This role requires strong knowledge in product management, data analysis skills, and hands-on experience in creating and evolving scalable digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Product Leadership Define the strategy and roadmap for data-driven products, aligning with business needs and user insights. Prioritize product development opportunities based on data, metrics, and experimentation. Develop decision-making frameworks based on data analysis and A/B testing.

  • Data Products and Platforms Management Structure and evolve products and platforms that generate actionable insights and improve operational efficiency. Ensure products are built on a solid foundation of data and analytics, with governance and scalability. Work with engineering and data science teams to define technical requirements, APIs, and data architecture.

  • Data-Driven Analysis and Culture Build and disseminate a data-driven product culture, empowering teams to make decisions based on metrics. Develop dashboards, KPIs, and frameworks for measuring product success. Create and test growth and optimization hypotheses through continuous analysis and experimentation.

  • Collaboration and Influence Partner with engineering, UX, data science, and business teams to ensure the delivery of impactful products. Influence strategic and executive decisions by translating data and insights into concrete actions. Communicate the product vision clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on Data Products, AI, Analytics, or Platforms.
  • Track record of success in creating, launching, and evolving data-driven digital products.
  • Hands-on experience with product metrics, experimentation (A/B testing), and data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Strong experience with product strategy, discovery, and prioritization frameworks (e.g., OKRs, RICE, Jobs-to-be-Done).

Technical Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with data architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with Data Analytics tools, AI/ML frameworks, and experimentation platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL, metric analysis, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.).

Soft Skills and Mindset:

  • Strategic and analytical thinking, with a strong ability to solve complex data-driven problems.
  • Ability to navigate between technical and strategic aspects, effectively communicating with executives and engineering teams.
  • Capability to work in dynamic and agile environments, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
