Senior LMS Administrator / Analyst (Docebo)

The Opportunity:

The Senior LMS Administrator / Analyst (Docebo) is responsible for the overall management, optimization, and administration of the Docebo LMS, ensuring seamless learning experiences for employees across the organization. This role plays a pivotal part in expanding the use of all LMS functionalities, maintaining system integrity, and leveraging automation to enhance training delivery.

As a key member of the Operations team, the Senior LMS Administrator will collaborate cross-functionally to improve learning processes, maintain compliance, and drive engagement through learning technologies.

What you’ll do...

- Oversee and configure Docebo LMS to align with business and learning needs.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of courses, curricula, modules, and learning paths.
- Implement and refine automation workflows for training assignments, notifications, and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Stay informed on Docebo feature updates and integrate relevant enhancements, such as AI-driven learning tools and gamification.
- Administer LMS integrations with HRIS, content libraries, and enterprise platforms.

User Support & Training

- Provide tier-one technical support, resolving user issues related to LMS access, course progress, and reporting.
- Oversee and manage the Docebo support inbox, ensuring timely responses and troubleshooting assistance.
- Develop and maintain training materials, FAQs, and best practice guides for employees and administrators.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance system adoption and usability.

Reporting & Analytics

- Generate custom dashboards and reports to track learner progress, compliance, and engagement.
- Deliver data-driven insights to optimize training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Define and monitor key LMS performance metrics to support learning initiatives.

Collaboration & Strategic Initiatives

- Partner with L&D and Enablement teams to align LMS strategies with business goals.
- Assist in instructional design initiatives, ensuring smooth course deployment and accessibility.
- Support the planning and execution of enterprise-wide learning programs.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements based on user feedback and industry trends.

Who you are?

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Learning Technology, HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience administering Docebo LMS
- Proficiency in LMS configurations, automation, reporting, and integrations.
- Strong background in training data analysis, dashboard creation, and metric tracking.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with enterprise LMS integrations (HRIS, CRM, content providers, SCORM/AICC/xAPI, API connections).
- Familiarity with AI-driven learning tools, gamification, and automation within Docebo.
- Certifications in Learning & Development, Docebo LMS, or ATD-related fields.
- Exposure to Organizational Development and Process Improvement.
