With this vision, Razorpay Capital was established to solve the credit needs of millions of new-age businesses across the country. We have launched stellar products like Instant Settlements and Corporate Cards which have had a meaningful impact on startups and medium to large enterprises but we have just gotten started.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide policy development for credit risk on Corporate Cards and Business Loans
- Developing Early Warning Signals and working with the collections team to maintain a healthy portfolio
- Assessing the credit-worthiness of a corporate applicant by studying business metrics and financials for Corporate Cards and Business Loans
- Mentor and lead a team for the timely processing of proposals such as performing verification checks, CAM preparation for recommending the case and exception framework
- To review and closely monitor all MIS regarding portfolio and reporting to management
- Running Root Cause Analyses for identifying policy and compliance gaps
Qualification
- Min 7+year experience in Banks, NBFCs, Fintech companies and overall 2+ years experience in Business Credit Risk
- A self-starter, who loves to take on hard problems and has a high affinity for 10x projects
- Graduate/ MBA with relevant exposure in business cards or corporate cards preferred
- Comfortable with data analysis and MS Excel proficiency with an understanding of SQL
- Must be able to adapt and work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and collaborative environment
- Good organizational skills with the ability and willingness to work under pressure and manages time and priorities effectively
