Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Procurement Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing the P2P cycle, with hands on experience of SAP (MM). This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Process: Handle end-to-end procurement processes, from purchase requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
Purchase Orders: Prepare and manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve issues related to late or defective goods.
Contract Management: Coordinate with various stakeholders to have the contract reviewed and executed.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including supplier details, contract terms, and pricing. Generate regular reports to monitor spend and procurement performance.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.

Key Requirements:

Any Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in SAP is a must.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of procurement laws, policies, and ethical standards.
