We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Be part of a cross-functional team, directly contributing to the product maintenance and development.
  • Supervise the applications of Jira Software, ensuring tool maintenance and governance while identifying opportunities for workflow optimization.
  • Lead implementations of automation in Jira from basic to advanced levels to maximize operational efficiency and team productivity, providing insights for new processes and projects, and conducting risk assessments.
  • Develop sophisticated control dashboards using PowerBI, EazyBI, and Jira to monitor annual goals, perform metric calculations.
  • Establish and maintain high-level Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and lead training sessions to ensure adherence to best practices, serving as the focal point for processes.
  • Provide leadership support in producing Communication and Materials (Newsletter, PPT) presented to V-C Level.
  • Help prevent critical issues in the production environment for many products.
  • Make sure SLA´s are met along with the proper overall quality of the ticket when it comes to its status, updates, communication, resolution, etc.
  • Resolve tickets based on SOPs and develop such documentations whenever not existing to cover a specific scenario.
  • Be self-manageable and agile to make sure proper directions are followed, have a critical view at all times to ensure issues are not frequent and repeated, and the process is continuously improved.
  • Provide the team with a quality strategy that supports the team's delivery goals and aligns with the overall BEES' continuous improvement strategy.
  • Be part of a highly-skilled quality chapter, owning initiatives to improve quality processes, metrics, and tooling.

What you'll need:

  • Experience on operations/support teams.
  • Advanced/fluent English.
  • Good analytical thinking.
  • Good communication skills to deal with different stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce platform technologies.
  • Solid understanding of operations concepts (ie. ITIL, COBIT, DevOps).
  • Knowledge and experience with ticket management systems. Specially Jira and Zendesk.
  • Able to work on a competitive and growing environment.
