As we continue to expand our reach and enhance our commitment to exceptional client service, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and compassion while helping to identify cases that align with our firm's mission. What you’ll do:
Client Intake and Case Screening:
- Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, handling a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Screen leads to identify viable cases, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation of all client information.
- Schedule consultations and coordinate with attorneys to evaluate case potential.
Follow-Up and Lead Management:
- Proactively follow up with potential clients, ensuring timely and consistent communication.
- Monitor calls outside office hours and respond promptly to high-priority leads, earning overtime compensation when applicable.
Administrative and Reception Duties:
- Manage the reception area, greeting visitors and answering general inquiries.
- Maintain organized records of all intake data, ensuring metrics are tracked and analyzed for performance improvements.
Team Collaboration and Special Projects:
- Work closely with the Director of Operations and legal team to refine the intake process and achieve firm goals.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented attitude.
What we’re looking for:
Experience and Skills:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or legal intake roles.
- Proficiency in managing high call volumes and client interactions in a professional setting.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track leads and manage intake metrics effectively.
Personal Attributes:
- Friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills.
- Resourceful and proactive, able to think critically and solve problems independently.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred to better serve a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: Starting at $40,000, with an incentive structure tied to signed cases and overtime opportunities.
