Senior Manager, Finance
Overview /Objective:
The Senior Manager, Finance is responsible for managing the annual budgeting, quarterly forecast and close variances for entire NFL Films business including Production, Internal and 3rd Party Production, Licensing, G&A and Capital Expenditures. The Manager will work in a collaborative fashion with senior leaders of the organization and departmental heads to ensure budgetary accuracy, process optimization, and improving overall control footprint.
Responsibilities:
- Manage forecast submissions and consolidation of several budgets including production, post production, field acquisition and audio engineering into executive summary view.
- Perform real-time rolling forecast, quarterly business reviews and other ad hoc budgetary models to support business needs.
- Develop and maintain title comparable models. Perform ad hoc analysis for greenlight process for new production ideas.
- Provide high level analytics to include resource utilization, year-over-year trending, cross show comparisons, production profitability analysis, and other tactical planning activities to optimize operational business decisions
- Work closely with production and operations teams to understand budget variances and identify risks & opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics
- 7+ years’ experience in Accounting
- Ability to manage and analyze big data sets
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with sports media & entertainment industry
- Experience with TV production budgeting applications

Salary
$100,000 - $125,000 USD
