【業務内容】
PlayStation Network 上で、ゲーム開発者が安全かつ迅速に開発〜リリースを行うための開発支援システムの開発・運用チームに所属します。 本ポジションでは、スクラムマスターとしてのチーム運営に加え、複数チームにまたがる テクニカルプログラムマネジメント を担当します。
主な役割
- スクラムマスター業務：プロダクトオーナーと連携したチーム運営、スプリント進行、課題解消のファシリテーション
- 関係各所との調整（優先度・スケジュール）、見える化の推進：複数のリクエストを整理し、関係者との合意形成やスケジュール調整を主導。レポート、資料作成などを通じて、継続的にチームの状態をVisibleにする。
- 横断プロジェクト管理：複数チームにまたがる技術プロジェクトの計画・進行管理
- 海外チームとの協業：グローバル開発体制でのコミュニケーション、仕様調整、情報共有
- 日本語を使用した実務経験2年以上（会議対応、シニアステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを含む）
- 日本語の読み・書き・話す・聞くスキルが流暢であること
- 英語を使用した海外チームとの業務経験
- TOEIC 800点以上、または同等の英語力
- 3年以上の小規模～中規模（5～10チーム規模）のチームリード、プロジェクトリード経験
- 5年以上のスクラム開発経験
- リリースサイクル全体を通じて管理する能力
- クラウド技術を活用したプロダクトの開発経験
- スクラムマスターの資格保持、またはスクラムマスターとしての実務経験
- プロダクトオーナーとしての実務経験
- QAとして実際にテストを行った経験

Technical Program Manager / Scrum Master
(PlayStation Network Development)
Position Overview
This position is part of the organization responsible for PlayStation Network (PSN) server-side development. As a Technical Program Manager and Scrum Master, you will lead team operations and drive technical programs while working closely with development teams to solve challenges together.
In addition to internal team facilitation, you will be expected to understand the services in depth and engage in coordination and negotiation with external stakeholders. We are looking for candidates who are interested in large-scale agile development, enjoy collaborating with global teams, and have a passion for communication and cross-functional problem solving.

Responsibilities
You will join a team responsible for developing and operating developer support systems on PlayStation Network, enabling game developers to safely and efficiently develop, test, and release their titles.
In this role, you will handle both Scrum Master responsibilities and Technical Program Management across multiple teams.
Key responsibilities include:
• Scrum Master & Team Facilitation
Lead agile team operations in close collaboration with Product Owners
Facilitate sprint execution and agile ceremonies
Support teams in identifying and resolving impediments
• Stakeholder Coordination, Prioritization & Visibility
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on priorities and schedules
Organize and balance multiple requests while driving alignment and agreement
Promote transparency by continuously visualizing team and project status through reports, documentation, and presentations
• Cross-Team Project Management
Plan and manage technical projects that span multiple development teams
Track progress, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones
• Global Collaboration
Work closely with overseas teams in a global development environment
Coordinate specifications, requirements, and information sharing across regions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience using Japanese in a business environment (meetings and senior stakeholder communication required)
- Fluent Japanese required (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
- Experience working with overseas teams using English in a professional environment
- English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 800 or higher
- 3+ years of experience leading teams or projects at a small to medium scale (approximately 5–10 teams)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Scrum-based agile development
- Proven ability to manage and drive work across the entire release lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing products using cloud technologies
- Scrum Master certification and/or practical experience as a Scrum Master
- Hands-on experience as a Product Owner
- Experience performing hands-on QA or software testing
- Experience in the game industry is a plus
- Strong passion for working in the game industry and contributing to world-class development environments
