Role: Account Executive
Location: London, England, United Kingdom
About the role:
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our EU Retail team, working in true collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support a number of key processes. Working in the Digital Team, you will provide planning and administrative support to facilitate effective ways of working on upcoming projects and store openings.
What you will be doing:
- Activation events setup in system in line with attached manual and as per requests processed in the Smartsheet operated by adidas
- Programming of content for activation videos on retail screens in line with attached manual and as per requests arriving from adidas stores via the Smartsheet system
- Raising PO’s and following finance processes
- You must be willing and eligible to travel within Europe. At a minimum, you will visit the Client's HQ in Germany once a quarter but you may also be required to travel to other European cities for specific
- You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues
What you need to be great in this role:
- Experience or affinity with Digital marketing, CRM, social media
- Experience, affinity, or interest in omni-channel marketing, shopping
- Articulate, engaged and confident in communicating with senior clients
- Highly organised and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, in a non-siloed approach
- The ability to manage own workload
- A passion for delivering effective campaigns
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong campaign management
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Desire to learn about campaign management.
- Strong administrative capability
- Approachable and team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Fluent in English
- Additional languages beneficial (German, Spanish, French, or other European languages)
- Good communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Service oriented
