Role: Art Director

Location: Hemel Hempstead, England, United Kingdom

 

About the role:

The Art Director will create powerful and impactful content for our client. They will manage design quality and consistency across all creative work, inspire talent, and stay on top of emerging trends. This is a client facing role, working closely with the brand and local marketing teams and the client’s agency partners.

What you will be doing:

  • Delivering on briefs from concept to completion
  • Utilising AI as part of the concepting and production processes
  • Staying on track with emerging trends
  • Collaborating with the account management, social, and wider design team
  • You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Highly creative with the ability to produce design collateral within brand guidelines
  • Experience in using AI for content production
  • Excellent digital and social design skills
  • Experience in video editing and animation
  • Understanding of typography, layout, colour, and grid structures
  • Good working knowledge of digital asset creation
  • Aptitude to learn new software and programs efficiently
  • Good knowledge of digital processes
  • Confident and articulate with the ability to share ideas and opinions
  • You can be the change - you prioritise environmental responsibility, social equity, and economic viability and how that translates into your day-to-day role
