■職務内容 /Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities)
PlayStation 向けに開発されている多数のゲームタイトルをPS5や次世代機で動作させる（互換性を持たせる）ためのソフトウェア開発をお任せします。
具体的には、下記の業務を想定しています。
・PlayStationのコンソールで、より多くのゲームを動作させるための互換戦略の検討から、互換環境の設計、その実装を行います。
・PlayStationのシステムソフトウエアやSDKのビルドシステムを設計・実装・運用し,開発のTATの向上に貢献します。
・QAチームと連携して不具合検証・修正を円滑に進めるための補助ツールを設計・実装・運用し,過去に発売されたタイトルの動作に貢献します。

■組織・職場紹介 /About team and organization
全世界で1億台以上のインストールベースを持つPS4で動作するゲームタイトルやアプリケーションを、PS5でも動作させることはプロダクトとして非常に重要であり、本組織のミッションです。
過去に発売されたゲームタイトルをPlayStationのシステムソフトウエアで実行可能とするために、どのようなシステムソフトウエアとゲーム向けのSDKであるべきかを検討しそのシステムを開発します。
ゲームタイトルの実行によって発生した不具合の分析・解析を行うこと、システムソフトウエアとSDK向けのビルドシステムの開発・保守も行います。
ミッション達成のためには他の組織との連携も重要です。特にQAチームとの連携は重要で、早期に互換の不具合を発見し修正につなげます。
また、PlayStatioinのコンソールでは定期的にシステムソフトウエアとSDKの更新を行います。
更新後も安定してゲームが動作することは非常に重要であり、本組織はその環境の構築にも貢献しています。

求められるスキル・技術領域 /Job experience & length of experience years
【必須（MUST）】
・ソフトウエアプログラマとして3年以上の実務経験（C言語）
・アプリケーション実行環境の知識、OSの知識等
・不具合発生時のアプリケーションやシステムの解析の経験と解析環境の知識

【歓迎（WANT）】
・世の中のビルドシステムで利用されているツールに関する知識
・GitやJenkinsなどを利用した開発ワークフローに関する知識
・リバースエンジニアリングのスキル
・プロダクトのビルドシステムの構築やQA業務経験
・トリアージ業務またはそのサポート業務経験

語学力 /Language Skills
【英語】
・海外チームとのコミュニケーションがあるため英語のコミュニケーションに抵抗がないこと。
・Must : 英文の読み書きに抵抗がないこと
・Want : 英語での議論に抵抗がないこと

【日本語】
・日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上を必須とします。
