職務内容 /Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities:
PlayStationのゲームグラフィックス向けAI/ML応用機能SDK開発エンジニアとして、下記業務をお任せします。
・Low Level Runtime 上のアルゴリズム開発の成果を統合し、ゲームグラフィックスにむけた効率的なAPIを設計・開発しSDKとしてリリースすること
・ハードウェアとOSをLow Levelで理解し、効率的なコードを作成すること
・グローバルなPlayStationの開発チームと連携し、Projectを推進すること
・内部-外部からのfeedbackにもとづいて、継続的な改善を行うこと
 
組織・職場紹介 /About team and organization:
本組織では、PlayStation5 Proから搭載されたPSSR（PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution）を開発しています。
具体的には、Machine Learningによるアルゴリズムの開発、PlayStation上で高速に推論を実行するLow Level runtime開発、それらを統合しGame DeveloperにむけたSDK開発を行っています。
※PSSRとは機械学習を使用し、非常に鮮明な画像を生成するAIアップスケーリング技術です。
開発したこれらの機能は、世界中の多くのGame Developerに利用され多くのfeedbackを得ながら日々改善を続けています。
必要に応じて、リモートワーク・出社を切り替えながらチームで連携して業務を進めています。
SoCのBring up時やSDKリリース時などは繁忙期となりますが、平均的な残業は少なく働きやすい環境です。
計画的な休暇を取っている方、リモートワークで育児と両立を図っているメンバーも多いです。
 
求められるスキル・技術領域/Skills and Qualifications:
【必須（MUST）】
いずれにも合致すること
・C/C++ による開発経験 2～3年以上(実務・趣味問わず)
・グラフィックスプログラミング、シェーダープログラミングなど画像処理・描画処理に関わる技術経験
 
【歓迎（WANT）】
・Machine Learningを利用したアプリケーション開発経験
・ハードウェアについて仕様のみならず実装に関する興味
・GPUアーキテクチャ・GPUプログラミングへの知見
 
語学力 /Language Skills:
・英語：メールやドキュメント、海外メンバーとのリモート会議などで英語を使います。
　※TOEIC等での高得点は必要ありませんが、英語を使う事に抵抗ないことが求められます。
・日本語：日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上
