What you'll do:
- Be change agents in a huge process growth happening at BEES
- An ability to set processes on a project from scratch while working in an environment with mature processes
- An ability to work in interesting environment with the ability to communicate with people around the Globe

What you'll need:
- Fluent English is a must;
- Practical experience in the role of Project Manager;
- Experience in leading 2 teams up to 20 people at the same time;
- Highly organized and structured approach;
- Great level of agility and ability to manage multiple focuses in a dynamic environment;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Good presentation skills;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to communicate and advocate the proposed solution;
- Servant leader and mentoring skills and experience;
- Be good in people management;
- Good theoretical knowledge and practical experience with Agile;
- Willingness to learn something new;
- Undertaking business trips;
- Working in a multinational environment (with people around the globe and time zones);
Will be a plus:
- Understanding of application development and software development lifecycle concepts will be a plus;
- Scrum Master or Project Manager certifications;
- Experience in the FMCG industry and global companies
