Role Summary:

Responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant execution of People Talent processes, aligning with organizational goals while maintaining high standards in policy enforcement, recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Oversee the entire hiring process, ensuring job materials are accurate and up to date. Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate partner interviews, attending them as needed. Manage candidate evaluations, propose final selections, and secure approval for new hires.
  • Onboarding: Oversee and ensure the successful execution of the onboarding process. Welcome new hires, provide all necessary materials, and ensure they complete all required training and assessments. Maintain onboarding compliance by tracking progress, updating leaders on new hire status, and addressing any gaps to guarantee a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Employee Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations.
  • People Talent Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with PT policies and procedures, including conducting audits and addressing any discrepancies or non-compliance issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in policies and drive necessary revisions while ensuring proper approval, documentation, and execution. Oversee the implementation of changes, including awareness initiatives, training, and compliance measures, to maintain alignment with organizational standards.
  • Disciplinary Measures: Manage policy violations and employee misconduct by conducting investigations, issuing sanctions, and ensuring proper documentation. Oversee disciplinary actions such as formal warnings, acknowledgment of policies, and corrective measures to maintain compliance and accountability within the organization.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist in benefits administration tasks such as enrollment, changes, and resolving benefits-related inquiries from employees.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees, track training completion, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Payment Processing: Ensure employee payments are processed, including salaries, bonuses, and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reporting: Prepare PT reports and analytics on key metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and employee demographics.
  • Performance Evaluations: Oversee the organization of reports for quarterly performance evaluations, ensuring accurate documentation of employee performance and policy compliance. Maintain and manage records, ensuring records are complete for performance-based decisions, including bonuses.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office and meeting rooms are properly prepared each day, maintaining a clean, organized, and high-standard environment. Oversee readiness checks, coordinate supplies and cleanliness, and enforce office policies to uphold a professional workspace.
  • Team Management: Oversee and manage the People Talent Associate and Cleaning Ambassadors, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and maintain high standards in their respective roles. Provide guidance, set expectations, and monitor their performance to align with organizational goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR (3-5 years) with a strong ability to manage processes, enforce policies, and ensure compliance.
  • SHRM certification is required or an equivalent HR certification demonstrating expertise in human resources management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and related tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
  • Must be comfortable enforcing company policies and addressing employee violations.
  • Highly process-oriented with strong attention to documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Excellent time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 
  • Performance Bonus: Up to a total of $20k in a given year
