■職務内容/ Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities)
SIE（Sony Interactive Entertainment）の研究開発部門において、グローバルな技術開発プロジェクトを支援するポジションです。
プロジェクトマネジメントおよびパートナーアライアンスの両側面から、組織内外の連携をリードし、革新的な技術開発を推進します。

主な業務内容
1. プロジェクトマネジメント
  • グローバルな研究開発プロジェクトの計画立案および進行管理
  • マイルストーンやタスクの整理、課題・リスクの抽出と解決支援
  • ステークホルダーへの報告およびプロジェクト関連資料の作成
  • グローバルを含む各チーム間の円滑なコミュニケーションサポート
2. パートナーアライアンス
  • ソニーグループ外部の技術パートナーとの連携およびアライアンス活動の推進
  • 社内の技術部門、知財、法務チームと連携し、契約プロセスにおけるブリッジ役を担当
  • 新たな技術パートナーとの関係構築のサポート

SIEにおけるR&D部隊の技術開発プロジェクトを、PMO及びパートナーアライアンスとして全方位的に支援する職場です。場所は品川になります。
現在、PMO/アライアンス総勢6名の少数精鋭チームで活動しており、他のリージョンのPMOチームをはじめとする各技術チームとも密接に連携しながら、グローバルな視点でプロジェクトの成功に貢献しています。
当チームでは、チームメンバーが互いに助け合い、フラットに意見交換をしながら明るく前向きに業務を進めることを大切にしています。

■求められるスキル・技術領域/Skills and Qualifications
【必須（MUST）】
  • 開発・設計の実務経験 をお持ちで、且つチームなどのリードを経験されたことがある方
  • 客観的視点と論理的思考能力
    • 複雑な問題や状況を多角的に分析し、合理的な解決策を提示できる力。データや事実に基づき、冷静かつ的確に意思決定ができる能力。

【歓迎（WANT）】
  • プロジェクトマネジメントスキル
    • PMO経験 または 技術開発におけるプロジェクト推進・支援経験 がある方を歓迎します。
    • 複数のタスクを効率的に管理し、プロジェクトの進捗を計画・推進する能力。
    • 成果物の納期、品質、コストを管理し、確実に目標を達成するリーダーシップを発揮できる方。
  • 業務ツールの基礎知識
    • Jira、Confluence、Slack、Micosoft Power Automateなどのコミュニケーション、統合管理、情報共有、効率化などの業務関連ツールを活用した経験や知識をお持ちの方
  • ゲーム領域の技術に対する関心
    • ゲームに関連する技術的知識をお持ちの方、または新たに学ぶ意欲がある方
  • 外部パートナーとの交渉力
    • 外部企業や技術パートナーとの交渉経験をお持ちの方、または相手との合意形成に積極的に取り組める方

  • コミュニケーションおよびファシリテーションスキル、グローバル環境での協調性 
    • 国内外の多様なメンバーやステークホルダーと連携し、相互理解を深めながら課題解決に導く対話力・調整力。
    • 多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーと連携し、共に目標を達成する意欲がある方。
  • 学習意欲と適応力 
    • 必要な技術的知識を積極的に習得し、柔軟に新しい課題へ挑戦できる方。
 
■語学力 / Language Skills
【英語】
・TOEICスコア730以上が望ましいですが、英語でのコミュニケーションに意欲的な方であれば歓迎します。

【日本語】
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力（日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上）
