■職務内容 / Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities)
主に、下記のような業務をご担当いただきます。
 
・研究関係者と緊密に連絡を取り合い、技術的な問題を明確にし、プロジェクト加速のために調査すべき技術を特定する。
・ステークホルダーのプロジェクト・ニーズに合致するベンチャー企業やアカデミアとの提携候補を探索・発掘を支援する。
・パートナーシップ候補技術のハンズオン検証をサポートし、プロジェクトニーズとの整合性を検証する。
・ステークホルダーを代表して、ベンチャー企業やアカデミアとのグローバルなコミュニケーションをサポートする。
・調査活動から得られた技術的知見を、戦略的な重要性を含むハイレベルな報告書にまとめ、チーム全体に広める。
・リサーチテーマとプロジェクトの整合性を定期的に見直し、必要に応じて研究テーマを修正・改善する。
・ステークホルダーからのフィードバックに基づき、研究活動のアウトプット／成果がプロジェクトのニーズに適切に合致していることを確認し、必要に応じて改善を行う。
・顧客との契約交渉において、契約を締結する。
・論文等の技術情報を理解し、それを相手にわかりやすい言葉で伝える。
・複雑な交渉において、問題解決能力を発揮し、最適な解決策を見出す。

テクノロジーリサーチャーは、ベンチャー企業やアカデミアとのコラボレーションにおいて、技術的なフォーカスエリアに適合する有能な候補を発掘し、獲得するための主導的な役割を担います。
ベンチャーやアカデミアとのグローバルなコミュニケーションを主体的にリードし、候補技術の絞り込み、コラボレーション推進、ハンズオン評価などを研究ステークホルダと共に推進し、研究開発プロジェクトの加速に貢献します。
更には、リサーチ活動により得られた技術知見を、ハイレベルな戦略レポートとして発信し、グループ全体の技術戦略の推進にへの貢献も期待されます。

・工学分野、もしくは類似する分野における学士／修士（または独学で同等の経験を有する方）
